WHO DOES WHAT?!

In a nutshell, here is how the division of labor is broken up. If you’re ever unsure if you or someone else should be handling a task, message someone in Slack and we can get it figured out.

• Kate - handles all contracts/NDAs and payments. She also works closely with Toby on the direction of the company and works with Tayler on new show launches.

• Toby - is the CMO and acting CEO and sales executive. He works closely with Kate on guiding the direction of the company, while also bringing in new business and exploring partner deals. As acting CEO, he also has a hand in the day to day running of PNS.

• Iris - is the COO and lead engineer and manages the audio & video team. She also masters, edits & builds, runs client soundchecks and assists with live recordings. She is the go to person for anything audio related.

• Tayler - is the CIO and Launch Manager. She works closely with Toby and Iris on the day to day runnings to create new processes and keeps all company systems working. In addition, she is the main initial contact for new clients until show launch when they transition to the ongoing production team.

• Lee - is the Creative Director and works closely with Iris on the audio & video team. For launches his main responsibility is selecting music or in some cases, writing music for the show. He is also the main in house video editor for clients on those packages. He also assists with sound checks, and masters & builds specific shows.

• Audio Engineers (Caleb, Gabe, Enmanuel) - our audio engineers work closely with Iris during the production process. Their main responsibility is editing. They sometimes interact with clients on Slack when questions arise.

• Show Note Writers - our show note writers are a mix of in house writers and contracted companies. They are assigned specific shows and make sure the show notes get written each week.

• Traffic (Sarah & Erik) - is the last stop in the production process and usually the ones to catch any last minute mistakes. They load all the episodes’ audio and show notes to the client’s hosting platforms to ensure they publish on time each week.
