Murray’s Bio:
For over 25 years I've been designing and delivering training workshops and blended learning programmes, specialising in sales and business negotiations in the tech sector. I also consult with training companies and associates on how to generate more revenue and deliver better outcomes.
Every project starts with an in-depth consultation with the client to establish how training can deliver on their goals, in order to design a programme that not only leads to measurable results, but also means their people will permanently change their behaviour, leading to a solid return on the training investment.
I have extensive experience in training and coaching trainers to deliver better results, hiring trainers, designing and delivering train-the-trainer programmes and coaching and mentoring trainers to ever higher levels of performance.
My motivation comes from seeing people achieve results that they thought were beyond them. I love to see people do things that they thought were beyond their capabilities, and grow and develop beyond what they thought was possible. I like to show people a different way of looking at a situation so that they see new opportunities and find novel approaches to problems that spur them on to greater success.
I believe in building on people's natural talents, strengths and abilities, showing them how to integrate new skills and behaviours into their existing style.
