There’s still a crap load of ‘stuff’ you need to get done to get your podcast ‘live’ and into the ears of your listeners.

You resent doing it. We would too… but we are not creative. You are.

If you have a production team, you’re probably not a big fan of them doing it either. It feels icky, like asking a new friend to clean the toilet. It’s just not right.

You know it’s necessary, but you can’t help feeling like it’s a waste of time and/or the valuable time of your talented, creative and incredible team.

• Editing
• Mastering
• Building your network
• Working on live events
